- Completion of one application form. Download or print copy of application form.
- Two recently taken passport-size photos.
- Processing fee of $169.90 plus $40.00 for the consular fee for a three months visa validity with up to 60 days of stay in Thailand. Please call us for information on Thailand multiple entry visa.
- A Detailed travel (flight) itinerary and a copy of airline ticket.
- A copy of most recent bank statement showing at least $700 or more.
- Allow approximately 10 business days for processing. Please call for expedited processing details.
